My only thing with the Macbook Air is that it just doesn't have many ports for USBs etc. So, it's not great as an all-purpose laptop.

Air really is a good name for it. It's amazing how thin and light this powerful little machine is.

When you think about the fact that it's not much thicker or heavier than a tablet, then you really appreciate everything you can do on this.

When I first got the Macbook and learned about the two-finger scroll, it really threw me off, but now, I don't think I could function without it. The same goes for the three finger drag.

If you're going to be traveling a lot with it, then you owe it to yourself to get a good hardshell for it. It just might save your laptop's life :)
